FINAL UPDATE: System SSL Certificates Expired

ATTENTION ALL DNAevolution & Sync Customers:

We have discovered an issue with the SSL Certificates on all DNAevolution & Sync systems.  The existing certificates on all systems have expired.  

We have identified a fix and are actively testing/documenting it for distribution to our customers.

UPDATE: We have tested and verified a fix and will be sending out links today (July 18) for downloading a patch for your system.

UPDATE2:   We will begin rolling out a fix within the next few hours.  There will be separate updates for Mac and Linux systems for both Controller/Archive Manager components rolled into a single patch. Instructions will be included with the download and posted as a separate article in the Hot Topics section of our support site.

UPDATE3:   We will be posting instructions and download links within the hour for Linux Controllers, Archive Managers and Mac VM systems, with Mac Archive Manager ONLY coming shortly after.
