Redesigned User Interface

• Completely redesigned user interface for ease of use
• Improved “My Archives” home page
• Improved archive creation: Tape assignment is now part of archive creation wizard
• Easy access to archive, restore, and export buttons from the “My Archives” home page
• Single page archiving and restore screens: User not required to leave these screens, and they can be bookmarked and opened directly for quick operation

• Web tickets are now auto-converted and no longer need to be manually converted

Drag ‘n’ drop archiving

• High performance drag n’ drop archiving mode
• Drop folder can be setup directly on customer storage, (SAN, NAS)
• End users can simply “move” files and folders into the drop folder, (copy is not needed as drop folder is local, therefore a move is all that is needed)
• Files and folders are auto-detected and sent to LTO tape
• Progress can be monitored by browsing to new archive screen or by browsing to the progress screen

New system management tab

• System management tab for admin users
• Ability to mount remote file shares to the Linux server: Allows NAS-based systems to be more easily mounted for archiving and restore
• Ability to mount preview share for automated indexing of preview files for Web previews
